Junior Marketing Manager - full time (m/f/d)

Location: Remote

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the marketing department who will support us in advising and supporting our now over 50,000 customers.

Analysis and expansion of existing corporate structures in the areas of sales, marketing, branding, direct marketing, advertisements, landing pages and funnels
Optimization of existing strategies through targeted use of our know-how
Monitoring the success of the strategies put together and regular monitoring and feedback

Working independently is an absolute basic requirement
Interested in the topics of marketing, media, communication. A degree and/or training in this field is an advantage, but not necessary
Good previous knowledge in the areas of sales & marketing (especially online marketing) is an advantage
Analytical, methodical and structured thinking, organizational skills, result and solution orientation as well as strong teamwork skills paired with a confident demeanor and an independent way of working
The ability to follow existing processes
Quick comprehension and high discipline
Clean and error-free written expression in German
Good handling of pressure to perform
Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Klaviyo etc. is an advantage, but not necessary
