Do you also believe the false truth that osteoporosis lacks calcium?

By Josef Hölzl November 16, 2020

Do you know someone who doesn't suffer from any kind of calcification in old age?

In our blog post "You kill your children and yourself" I have hopefully presented the explosiveness of the ratios of table salt (sodium chloride) to potassium (table salt substitute) in a sufficiently understandable way.

My question to you: What are the two most common causes of death?

These are:

  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • cancer

In this post, I would like to go into how these two diseases develop!

One of the main causes is "calcification".

What obvious calcifications are we aware of?

  • vascular calcification
  • Calcifications in the brain
  • Calcification of joints, e.g. spine and its stiffening!
  • Kidney stones, mainly calcium
  • gallstones, primarily calcium

Now some will think no one has ever died healthy! Yes, I'm partially right. Only a dignified departure from this earth is something different than dying of these two diseases!

In this post I am only referring to calcium and hopefully you will, once again, realize that maybe there is a plan behind it! Keeping it short enough to read is my challenge!

Why do we "calcify"?

Where does all this calcium come from and does it really have to be supplied with food, or do we know too little about our organ system, "the miracle of nature", or are we being denied something?

Questions upon questions, which in turn lead to many more questions, my dear readers. I've been looking for answers for over 34 years and I keep finding new ones!

Let's start with the food and its fertilization! As early as 1960, experts were complaining that processed organic fertilization was preferable to artificial fertilization.

Do you know what the main part of artificial fertilizer is? Guess what!

Did you know that our body can reduce acidity to a certain extent by producing calcium from it?

Our body then makes this calcium available for calcium-dependent metabolic processes. So our body is self-sufficient!

In the natural, originally intended diet, calcium would be very low, whereas silicon would be rich. Today it is the opposite! The insight from this is, Calcium does not have to be supplied to the body!

If you want more information: Professor C. Louis Kervran (1901-1983). A summary of this was published in the 1960s!

https://www.dropbox.com/s/0zgtsyjpbhpj0aq/biological_transmutation_kervran.pdf?dl=0

Now I'll of course talk about the cofactor, cholesterol. I'm sure many of you have missed this! I wish the book "The Cholesterol Lie" was better known!

A short synopsis:

It is well known that each and every cell in our body, wherever it is located in the system, makes its own cholesterol.

And every body cell transfers the cholesterol into the blood so that this raw material, which is the essential raw material for all hormones, reaches the glands where our hormones are produced!

And now comes an important point that you need to understand:

But if our glands no longer produce enough hormones, which has nothing to do with age but with the undersupply of vital substances, residual cholesterol remains!

Just aside:

Anyone with a high blood cholesterol level should have their hormones checked! Only, not only the cholesterol, but all manipulated guide values no longer provide any information! A lot of work has been done there! Would you like a little insight: https://wwwyoutube.com/watch?v=PC1Dw1lfLtI

What leads to vascular calcification?

  1. Our sometimes hectic life paired with unnecessary worries
  2. Uric acid, which not only comes from animal food, but also our own cells have cell nuclei, which represent uric acid (cells die off every day)

Our hectic life and uric acid create the smallest injuries on the inner walls in the arterial (the supplying, supplying part) vascular area. These injuries are supplied with the cholesterol.

Only paired with too much lime. The calcium paired with cholesterol acts like a two-component glue and noticeably reduces the cross-section of the arteries!

(By the way, there are no calcifications in the venous system (the part leading back to the heart)! That's interesting, isn't it!)

Forgetfulness, or we calcify:

Our whole body serves as a storage area for excess calcium, and the brain is not excluded from this. Calcium is an insulator!

The electrical signal transmission is noticeably delayed and at some point there is no longer any signal transmission if there is sufficient insulation!

It's all a matter of time. Our bodies don't forget please remember this!

Day after day we mostly act without thinking and suddenly we wonder and attribute this to old age! What an easy excuse to justify one's own actions! I need my coffee or a piece of meat, a piece of life force, sounds familiar?

We get the receipt for this 100%, with the reduction in quality of life! I don't stand for more days in life, but for more quality of life in the days and consider that your environment suffers with you! Personal responsibility is the same as responsibility for others! Unfortunately, I am writing here from experience! No one escapes!

Calcification of joints, e.g.Stiffening of the spine:

Have you any idea how dynamic and mobile each of our spines used to be! I've treated countless people and their spines felt cemented!

Yes, stiff as a concrete pillar! Unfortunately, what is also lost is that all nerve cords run along the spine and lead to the organs!

If the nerve tracts are impeded in their function, namely sending information, this will have a negative effect on the function of the organs, which will affect the whole system!

Our body doesn't just consist of a single instrument, it's an orchestra! If one misplays, it affects everyone!

There are many examples of this!

Cervical thyroid gland, thoracic spine heart and lungs, lumbar spine genital organs and vessels in the legs, just to name a few!

By the way, calcium in the blood is the mineral that tones all muscles, so it creates tension. One could also write cramping. That's better!

Constrict blood vessels (promotes high blood pressure). What else could be cramping up in us? What everyone probably knows are calf cramps or muscle cramps in general!

Toe tucking, or eyelid twitching, or cornea curling, eye muscles no longer focusing the lens, carpal tunnel syndrome (wrist constriction), tennis elbow, tinnitus, asthma (lung cramps or lung spasms), etc .

It's certainly not for everyone to accept the previous lines! It can't be that easy, maybe one or the other will say! It's always worth a try to test the upcoming solution!

Some of you will surely already have an idea of what has to come and it's so simple that you wouldn't want to believe it possible.

But as is so often the case, it's not the beginning that is rewarded, but perseverance. There are also weaknesses in utilization, which could be determined by means of an HMA (hair mineral analysis)! The crux is that I have only met one person who can interpret them correctly...

What is the opposite of calcium?

It's Magnesium! It is responsible to enzymatic processes. Currently reported to over 600 known enzymes.

What will one or the other think?

There are various magnesium compounds and which one is the right one?

And there's the rub again! I, for myself, want the Porsche and not the Trabant from Magnesium!

Even pharmacists learn that magnesium oxide, for example, is only 3% available in the body. What use is a Magnesium Oxide 500 if only 15mg works? According to the DGE, 600mg daily is recommended! Do you still believe them?

Fear is a bad advisor!

Well, depending on the circumstances, an Magnesium chloride, a magnesium phosphorus, a magnesium citrate, magnesium sulfate is appropriate!

There is always a benefit. If there is too much, there is maximum diarrhea, which is sometimes a relief! Oral, transdermal or IV's all a matter of necessity!

If there is an oral absorption weakness, infusion therapy is essential until the stores are filled to the extent that the oral intake is also good again! And there it was again, the blood value, how high should it be?

And another sad incident!

Currently, the magnesium blood level can be treated at 0.75 and below, that's what it's called!

This value has been regularly shifted down for the last 30 years This was once at 1.1!

Now some will perhaps ask themselves the question, why are you doing this? Well, a lot can be achieved (earned) with the symptoms of the disease!

A little tip on the side: Using a small amount of magnesium chloride brine, used as an asthma spray, eliminates the magnesium deficiency in the lungs - immediately!

And another example given:

Do you know people who have been able to enjoy a spa stay on the Baltic Sea or the Dead Sea for health insurance costs (our money, increasing health insurance contributions)?

What do you think was there to relieve the symptoms (asthma). It was the magnesium chloride that was in the air from the spray. This was inhaled! So easy!

At the Dead Sea it is also the transdermal absorption, which also leads to an increase in the magnesium level in the blood!

In these places, this "disease-asthma" is almost non-existent among the residents ! Should be food for thought!

If it is allergic asthma, then I ask you to bring the blood magnesium level to 1,1! Incidentally, I myself was diagnosed with bronchial asthma, which is inherited. It started for me when I was 26!

No more today. Compensated for the magnesium deficiency for 20 years. Oral and infusions have given me back my quality of life! If you want to think that I might be an isolated case... No! Anyone who not just starts but perseveres will be rewarded, PERIOD!

Back to the introductory topic, osteoporosis and calcifications at the same time. How does that fit together?

Calcium supplements, as recommended in practice, do not help either. Except that you get calcified faster!

Because our bones can only keep the calcium in the bones if there is enough magnesium present.

To put it simply: With a lack of magnesium, the bone loses calcium from the skeletal system, which then leads to calcification in the body!

You will not find a single product in our range that contains calcium! In our opinion, it's the number one killer!

We have three different types of magnesia in our range - these are our recommendation to you!

The following should be taken into account with regard to recommended intake:
Every person is unique due to their circumstances, which means there are weaknesses or strengths:
This means: magnesium chloride works better for one person and the combination product (magnesium phosphorus-magnesium citrate) is less well absorbed. This can only be seen through the bowel movement. If this appears pasty to diarrhea-like, the dosage is too high or a change is necessary!
My personal favorite are the pellets (a bit big, but you can share them), these are also easy to put in to add magnesium on the go!
Important finding: You cannot stockpile minerals in your body, you need a supply that is distributed throughout the day! Early-noon-evening!

I hope you gained new insights! If you have any questions, please send an email to [email protected]
