Magnesium chloride

Our magnesium chloride is in the form of flakes/powder , bound to chloride, the salt of hydrochloric acid (= hydrochloric acid).

It is extracted from a depth of 1,600 m from the Zechstein Sea, which dried up 250 million years ago. The Zechstein Sea is located in the Netherlands and is considered the purest, natural source of magnesium worldwide.

Magnesium oil

The highly energized HS–ACTIVA magnesium oil also contains magnesium chloride (the description and explanation can be found in the section above).

It is called an oil because it feels oily on the skin. However, an oil film does not form.

Intake:

You can apply the oil to the skin (e.g. shoulders, arms, thighs, calves or stomach).

It supplies the body with magnesium transdermally (via the skin).

It is particularly suitable for cracked and dry skin, pain and cramps.

With the help of magnesium oil, the magnesium reaches exactly the places where muscle tension and pain occur and promises quick relief.

    • One stroke of the 50 ml bottle transports approximately 86 mg of magnesium chloride , of which approximately 10 mg is pure magnesium .
    • One stroke of the 200 ml bottle transports approximately 58 mg of magnesium chloride , of which approximately 7 mg is pure magnesium .

Rub the desired areas of skin with magnesium oil and leave it on for 20 minutes . Afterwards you can wash it off, but you don't have to.

If you have sensitive skin, you may experience a slight burning or itching sensation when using it. This is indicative of a defect that is already pending !

Do I have to pay attention to anything when taking it?

The absorption of magnesium is improved by the mineral potassium (NOT CALCIUM).

Therefore, you should definitely make sure you get enough potassium .

Good sources of potassium are green leafy vegetables (lamb's lettuce, cress, parsley, kale, etc.) but also fennel, parsnips and radishes as well as nuts and seeds (e.g. pumpkin seeds, almonds, etc.).

And a good vitamin B6 level is also a rarely known helper that has a positive influence on the absorption of magnesium.

In addition, magnesium should not be taken together with dairy products, as their high calcium content could lead to an inhibition of magnesium absorption .

It is best to divide the intake of magnesium into 1-3 portions a day (depending on the daily dose) so that it can be optimally absorbed by the body.

For example, in the morning for breakfast and in the evening before going to sleep. In the evening , magnesium has a strong relaxing effect, which is very pleasant for falling asleep .

What do I need and how do I dose the magnesium correctly?

The German Society for Nutrition recommends a daily dose of 300 mg magnesium .
