We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the customer service department who will support us in supporting and advising our now over 50,000 customers.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Answering customer inquiries via Freshdesk & Email
  • Management and processing of orders
  • Close cooperation with shipping and production
